New Paper: DLT Attacks, Vulnerabilities, and Weaknesses

So we have a solid beginning of a list of vulnerabilities and weaknesses (200+) in the Google sheet:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HIM3BH8Cgth27ED4ruy9fXOpbOUAPAGY7merlZiE6_U/edit#gid=1028635246

We now need to publicize this effort and get more people involved. With this in mind, I've started an outline for a paper that explains the effort we're putting in, the benefit, and how to get involved:

    https://docs.google.com/document/d/15Uh3g9YAueoBwcwolgClDqWruJeqBmocaPn0s_0Wbz8/edit

The title is provisional and I'm certainly open to better ideas!

I'd like to get feedback and suggestions on the outline, please reply here or leave comments in the Google document.

Getting involved - adding more vulnerabilities and weaknesses
Getting involved - enhancing and enriching the data
Getting involved - helping find ways to present the data for better usage

Crowdsourcing.  What is the format for recruiting reviewers?

Review of the data is ongoing, that is to say, the idea is to mature the entries with one of the ultimate goals being to submit them to the CWE database (https://cwe.mitre.org/).
