Hello Working Group members,
With the pace of edits slowed to nearly a stand-still, it's time to open up our document to External Peer Review. If you have edits that you were wanting (or needing) to make, they will now be made as part of the External Peer Review window of opportunity.
In light of this, there is no need to meet tomorrow (8/3). In fact, we'll skip tomorrow and the following week and meet on 8/17 to go through the document and evaluate any feedback that's been provided.
