Olivia, I thought CSA was an international organization. If this is truly the case, please don't use a phrase like "our nation's cybersecurity" in your title. This could discourage participation in CSA by people from other countries.
The message from President Biden was obviously primarily intended for threatened entities in the US, but in fact the same message applies to most of the countries where CSA has chapters. Therefore while it is definitely useful to mention this message, an effort should be made to point out its worldwide applicability, rather than inadvertently sending the opposite message.

Subject: Statement by President Biden on the US Nation's Cybersecurity
Yesterday, President Biden issued a statement warning on the potential of Russia to conduct malicious cyber activity as a result of the cost that the US and allies have imposed on Russia. Ransomware group Lapsus$ has hit Okta and Microsoft, and while the government continues to respond to the attacks against critical infrastructure, they can't do it alone. With most of America's critical infrastructure owned and operated by the private sector, it's up to the owners and operators to accelerate the efforts to lock the digital doors.
I urge everyone to rapidly share information and mitigation guidance to help protect their systems and networks, whether on Circle, LinkedIn, or any other preferred information-sharing platform. Feel free to use this thread to share any malicious activity or best practices. We need everyone to do their part during these unprecedented times.
