    Here is what I find on the internet about differences, what do you think?
    The most distinct difference between IaaS and PaaS is that IaaS offers administrators more direct control over operating
    systems, but PaaS offers users greater flexibility and ease of operation.
    SaaS products are fully managed by another company, from the applications to the data to the servers, whereas PaaS
    products can be used as the foundation for building new products on top of the platform's network.
    Let me know what you would choose and why?

    IaaS:-
    Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS) are online services that provide high-level APIs used to dereference various low-level details of underlying network infrastructure like physical computing resources, location, data partitioning, scaling, security, backup etc.
    • New Business or small business mostly prefer IaaS to save money and time.
    • Services are highly scalable.
    • Dynamic and flexible.
    • Multiple users on a single piece of hardware.

    PaaS:-
    Platform as a Software (PaaS) enable you to deliver from cloud based, and enterprise application. Cloud computing service that allows customers to run, install the application.

    • Integrates web services and databases
    • Provides a variety of services to assist with the development, testing, and deployment of apps
    • Accessible to numerous users via the same development application
    SaaS:-
    Software as a Service (SaaS), also known as cloud application services, Due to its web delivery model, SaaS eliminates the need to have IT staff download and install applications on each individual computer. 
    • Hosted on a remote server
    • Accessible over the internet
    • Users not responsible for hardware or software updates
