SaaS Governance WG Alive?

    Hello,

    I am a member and contributor to several other CSA WG's and documents. I noticed that we have a SaaS Governance community/WG that began developing best practices guidance but this seems to have been left unfinished and died off. Is there any way to revive this effort? I would be happy to draw community interest via LinkedIn and other means if needed. I feel like this is a critical area that doesn't get the attention it warrants.

    yes, I've been coordinating with Michael Rosa and I'll  co-leading the effort along with Brian Solari of AppOmni. We would love to have your involvement and we have several folks in our network who are interested in participating in the WG!

    Yes, a paper can have more than one lead.

    My name is Shamun Mahmud.  I am the lead CSA analyst for the SaaS Governance Working Group (WG).  We are in the midst of planning a WG call in the next 45 days.  We will discuss meeting format and cadence, future publications, as well as lead authors.

    Hello, I've already been working with Michael Roza and have several people interested in participating in the group. Does the group have to be led by a CSA analyst and if so, can I work with with you get get the group cadence and activities rolling in less than 45 days?

    Hi Shamun - I didn't see anything materialize - at least from this thread - within that 45 days.  Is this WG still active?  We should put a stake in the ground and setup a meeting if not just to get a feel for where we are and who are interested members are, no?  Thanks...

    Thanks, you beat me to responding. The group is alive and well with about 15 volunteers/contributors and assigned sections at the moment.
