There is no one answer - it depends. If you are in healthcare, you certainly have to deal with BIG Data, so competency in this space is essential, However, if you do not create a data governance program, in advance of working with massive amounts of data - your subject to unpredictable outcomes at some point in your journey,
If you don't work with medical and related IoT devices, then this may not be as important.
Clearly, post Corona, the new normal will be Telehealth centric and an unavoidable concern and subject of governance, risk, policy, compliance, privacy and security considerations.
