    For CCSK Orb does "included with every CCSK v5 product purchase" include exam tokens? I just purchased a v5 upgrade token, but I don't see any link to access it. I was hoping to try it out, but I'm guessing it might just be for training purchases. 

    Edit: never mind, the link came through email after a short delay. So for anyone wondering, the upgrade voucher apparently qualifies. And the chatbot is pretty cool!

    That is correct. File uploads are blocked for various reasons (abuse, etc.). You can, of course, cut and paste text in, but uploading files, images, etc., is blocked and will remain blocked. The Chatbot is meant to be an interactive tutor, not to process data at scale.
