We have decided to revamp our Event Proposal process. Instead of accepting proposals year round, we only accept them for SECtember with a specific deadline for submissions. This will allow us to be more predictable with the review timeline. I am thinking of opening the Call for Submissions starting in April and end July.
I've also removed everyone that decided not to renew their membership to the committee. So you will notice we are a much smaller group. I will be recruiting in specific areas starting in the new year.
