    Dear Colleagues, 

    Thank you for your comments and contributions on the working group's charter. The open peer review concluded on 17th December 2018 and the co-chairs are now resolving comments received over the peer review period. Once the charter has been finalised, the working group will be updated here with the comments tracking and resolution sheet.
