    Dear team,

    Since comments received did not call for major structural changes to the framework, let's move forward.

    Please fill in your names on this spreadsheet for chapters that you are interested in writing:

    There is no limit to the number of chapters you wish to take up, you may commence your work once you put down your name in the spreadsheet. Note that the contents in the framework are not limited to the current draft, we may evolve it as we go along (add/remove/modify) depending on the WG.
