    Happy New Year to you and your family!

    The survey is ready to go out and we will be reaching out to some of you soon. If you receive our invitation, please assist with completing the survey by 31 Jan. It should take about 25 mins.

    A reminder that we will require only 1 survey submission per organization to avoid skewing the results. In the situation where you hand over to your colleague to complete the survey, please ensure that this message is passed on as well.  
    Final note: Survey responses will be in-confidence. Only aggregated results will be presented in the final report.

    It's been some time since our last update and I hope everyone is keeping safe and well!

    I will be helping take over Haojie's role since he has moved on to a new company.  This current document appears to be mostly complete and I'd like to move it to publication process if it's ready.  Could someone please confirm the status of this document?
