Interesting. Bummer about the content being missing. Hope that will be a simple fix.
I haven't looked at the courseware, and my gut would be to choose SaaS as the CSP is providing OSI layers 1-7, while an IaaS you're loading an OS on top of their "hardware" or other infrastructure, and yes there are services you have less control over, but you're building the "infrastructure" by selecting the combination of products to deliver, and/or secure your service. (in other words more choices)
I have gotten fond of practice tests which explain why the answer is wrong or right. (generally there is one explanation that covers all the options) as it reinforces the content in the courseware, and sometimes reveals a subtlety not otherwise obvious.

The training module does NOT present the content for Unit 3. I would like to read it. Addtionally, I have a problem with one of the Quiz questions: In which service model does the cloud consumer have the least amount of control over security. I chose IaaS because it would be a Provider responsibility. but it was marked Incorrect. In looking though the thread, I am not alone.
