This is mainly marketing jargon as it is developing.
Everybody can have their opinions on it.
However, one way of looking at it saying that DevSecOps inserts Security into DevOps pipelines.
Wordsmithers can then say that SecDevOps is about securing the DevOps pipeline itself (to prevent supply chain attacks), while DevOpsSec would be the use of DevOps to create Security tooling. I kind of like that, but it is stretching the jargon a bit to the edge.

In Module 8 Unit 2 of the CCAK training, they talk about DevSecOps, DevOps, SecOps, and DevSec. They all seem very similar. I was wondering, what are the differences between them?
