    My guess would be B,C, and D?

    B. Once the relevant stakeholders are identified, it would be a challenge to build that shared responsibility model there are different parties involved with community cloud and distribution of responsibilities might not be clear. 
    C. Specific governance attention I would think would definitely be a challenge with different organizations involved and thus they would have different wants/needs when it comes to governance.
    D. Anticipate risk from multi-tenancy issues also seems like it would be a challenge since the security risk would increase with community cloud and each consumer wouldn't have complete control?

    Hi Jenna,
    Thank you for your response.
    Let us discuss the correct or wrong of your answers B, C & D, later.
    Why "Identifying the relevant stakeholders" is not a correct choice?
    The key focus area in the question is "challenges" and not "most challenging" and see the part of the question - "Select all that apply". 
    In a community cloud, it is not easy to find "relevant" stakeholders.
    Let us wait and see for any other responses until this evening.

    Hi Manjunath,
    Security Guidance pg 11 states " community cloud - cloud infrastructure is shared by several organisations and supports a specific community that has shared concerns (eg mission, security requirements or compliance considerations). it may be managed by the organisations or by a 3rd party and may be located on premises or off-premises.

    From this , one interpret the biggest challenges is getting all to be aligned to mission and security requirements.

    Kind request - this questions are being prepared based on which reference source ?

    Hello Manjunath,
    I will select the answer based on the following steps :
    1 What is a community cloud ? - a group of tenants with similar requirements like governance perspective; legislation and security requirements and it is based on private cloud  or perhaps hybrid cloud
    2 concept of shared responsibility comes in when you are sharing your responsibility with cloud service provider.

    The initial Q did not state " biggest " challenge. it states select all the challenges. Now the answer is C

    " Private clouds can be owned, managed or hosted by the organization or by a third party. Governance of private clouds managed by third parties is closest to the traditional outsourcing models. The biggest governance challenge is - platform and services are kept up-to-date by the third party."

    The driving factor for customers going to private cloud is related to complying to regulations and security. So for community cloud , all parties in the community cloud must have similar requirements. platform and services can be  kept  up to date by 3rd party or the community cloud itself.
