    I proposed an expression to measure the rate of change in Mean Time to Triage for SEF-06 in cell M8 of the SEF tab of the CCM v4 Metrics Catalog. The metric measures the slope of the trendline for Mean Time to Triage. I created an example spreadsheet here.
