Folks,
As you recall the
Presenting the continuous audit metrics catalog document is progressing. Thank to Alain P for ensuring new edits.
Section 4 of this was stubbed out for the "Minimum Viable Product/MVP" metric set from the current
CCMv4 Metrics Catalog. As initial prep work we have populated this section with a representation of the tagged MVP metrics from the spreadsheet. The way this works is as follows:
- Metrics are flagged as MVP by including text in column X on individual tabs
- Cell A1 in "MVP summary" tab queries the other tabs and collates all MVP metrics onto one tab
- I wrote a script that reads this tab and converts it into a google doc representation.
- I currently manually cut/paste the automatically generated section into the above 'Presenting...' document. I could automate if necessary.
Please feel free to add comments in section4 on the format and presentation of the metrics in general. I can update the script to get this right. Or simply tell me about it in tomorrows call. Or on this thread.
We are furiously finalizing the metric language and details. At the end of the week we expect to complete this work and hand off to Alain. Until then please DO NOT edit the text in section4 of the 'Presenting...' document. I plan to update this section a final time and WILL NOT have time to manually merge. Please make any changes in the source-of-truth spreadsheet.
