Meeting Minutes (MMs):

1. Kick-off the CCPA-GDPR gap analysis activity

• Lefteris presented to the group the gap analysis objective and tool that is to be used at the exercise,
• Paul, Ramon, Michael and Mark signed up to participate in the exercise,
• New assignments to the group (AP1):

2. Latest news on PLA CoC submission to DPAs.

• Co-chair team received the latest input from the CNIL and another supervisory authority co-reviewers on the PLA CoC for GDPR Compliance. The team is working on the comments which require certain controls to be strengthened or further clarified. Any proposed amendments to the code will be processed and accordingly where deemed necessary made available for discussion by the WG.

3. AoB

• Linda provided a summary to the group about the objective and activities of the GDPR center of excellent. Paul made his interest known in contributing/participating in the works of the advisory board of the center.
• Next call is scheduled for February 2^nd , 6 pm EEST (5 pm CET / 8 am PST / 11 am EST).
