Meeting Minutes (MMs):

1. Progress status check on CCPA-GDPR mapping validation exercise and reviewers' findings.

• Based on the EDPB guidelines that Ramon has included at his comment on row 275 of the mapping tool, Mariusz has asked if such guidelines have an effect on GDPR articles, which on its turn could affect the existing mapped provisions,
• Group members Paul, Ramon, Mariusz and Mark have successfully completed the previous assignments,
• New assignments to the group (AP1):
  • Angell Duran: rows 132 – 138,
  • Paul Benedek: 249-265,
  • Mariusz Trajfacki: 284 – 307,
  • Ramon Codina: 309 – 323,
  • Paul Lanois: 324 - 333.

 

2. AoB

• Next call is scheduled for October 27^th , 6 pm EEST (5 pm CET / 8 am PST / 11 am EST).
