    Hi Everyone,

    I hope you enjoyed the presentation.  The world of the CISO has changed so dramatically over the years.  I've heard the average tenure of a CISO is about 18 months.  To have the best shot at a long term career make sure you are aligned with the business and understand the culture.  Have seen way too many great CISO's fail.
