    Hello all,

    Thank you for the thoughtful discussion today. The meeting minutes have been updated and can be found here:

    Since Anna is out of office, the recording for this meeting won't be posted in the Library of the ZTA SME Circle group, until she is back on 10/18. I apologize for the inconvenience. The meeting agenda PowerPoints and minutes, are there however from this week among other relevant ZTA artifacts, such as the charter.

    As we are almost finished with Module 1, we will be starting up the small groups again so look for an email in the coming days asking for updated availability and module assignments. 

    For Module 1 action points, the last comments and assignments need to be finished up from last week. Here are those action points of what assignments still need to get finished up.

    Action Points (APs):

    1. Unit 1.5 

      1. 1.5.1- FINISH Reviewing and proposing a new backbone/fishbone for Organizational Planning ASSIGN to Prasad and Michael Herndon by 10/13

      2. 1.5.2-  FINISH Redefining the technical phases for Technical Planning, ASSIGN to Heinrich and Michael Herndon by 10/13

        1. Give the technical phases a title and a short description that each phase is meant to represent

          1. Questions to look at: Is the content valuable that we shouldn't worry about it being generic and from the US Department of Health and Human Services? How valuable is the content? 

          2. Edit to be more centered around ZT

    2. Unit 1.6

      1. 1.6.1.3 Review comment/suggestions for the SDP controllers paragraph ASSIGNED to Daniele by 10/19

    3. Unit 1.7

      1. 1.7.2 Review Naresh's comment ASSIGNED to Daniele by 10/19

      2. 1.7.3.1 - 1.7.3.4: Resolve out comments/suggestions ASSIGNED to Daniele by 10/19

      3. 1.7.5 Review open comments ASSIGNED to Daniele by 10/19

      4. 1.7.6 Finish: ASSIGNED: Vani to continue with text creation based on the use case outline in 1.7.1  ideally before 10/15

        1. Let Michael Roza know once you are done, so he can review your text. 

    4. Add to the ZTA glossary doc.
