The ongoing work of the PLA WG is almost done.
We are giving a week's time for an internal review of what has been produced.
Any feedback or comments you might have, please include it in comments mode until next
Tuesday, the 24th of January.
- Paragraph of the Introduction of the Code of Conduct, revised in order to include reference to Annex 10 of the CoC.
- CCPA – PLA CoC gap resolution document that has been revised by adding 2 additional tabs – namely:
- "PLA CCPA (Annex 10)", which includes the controls that CSPs are required to complete should they wish to demonstrate their compliance with the CCPA;
- "Glossary CCPA", which includes the terms of the Glossary that have been specifically amended / added for the purpose of filling the identified gaps between the GDPR and the CCPA (and that will serve as a guidance for CSPs that wish to fill out the above mentioned tab – "PLA CCPA (Annex 10)"
Note: Annex 10: Amendments to the Glossary and Control Specifications identified in the context of the CCPA - PLA_CoC_Gap resolution exercise (where these amendments are identified in red).
