    • Numbering in table of contents is incorrect compared to actual pages
    • 8.5.2: "AI system migration strategies" should be "AI system mitigation strategies"
    • Numbering of subsections of section 9.3 are incorrect. 9.3.1.2 should be 9.3.2, 9.3.1.3 should be 9.3.3, etc.
