    Meeting Summary
    Alex discussed the recent vulnerability summit, upcoming events, and new publications, including a paper on Data Security within an AI Environment on AI-related content. He also reviewed the progress of a survey on financial services readiness, with the team working on refining the questions and implementing the survey. Lastly, he addressed the need for retooling in data security within an AI environment, encouraged contributions to a template paper, and reflected on the progress of a project.

    Topics & Highlights

    Vulnerability Summit Review and Upcoming Events
    Alex discussed the recent vulnerability summit which covered topics like cloud threats and vulnerabilities. He mentioned that the sessions from the summit are available on demand for review and encouraged team members to check them out. He also highlighted an upcoming event, the RSA, which will focus on AI-related content. In addition, he noted that there were several new publications in the works, including peer reviews and a paper he's working on with the Health Information Management Group.

    Financial Services Readiness Survey Progress
    Alex discussed the progress of a survey and report on financial services readiness that the team had been working on. He mentioned that they had reduced the number of questions from around 40 to just over 20, with the help of contributions from the team. He also indicated that the financial services side would be responsible for implementing the survey and analyzing the results. Alex concluded by expressing his intention to review the progress before the next meeting and to reach out to others for assistance if needed.

    Data Security within an AI Environment
    Alex presented a template paper for Data Security within an AI Environment which was ready for use and encouraged everyone to contribute either by filling it out with an outline, content or peer reviews. Alex also mentioned the importance of centralized locations for these papers and the potential value of the information for recording or note-taking. He ended by inviting comments and feedback on the work done by others.
