    Hello All,

    I wanted to take a moment and thank you all for welcoming me to the community and making me feel comfortable.  I work for a company called RingCentral and have been there for 8 years working in their Network Operations Center.   I handle incident response, monitoring of alarms and servers, and work the overnight shift from 9:00 to 7:00.   I look forward to connecting wit you all and getting to learn the community.
