    Dear members,

    This is a kind reminder of our group's 1st call for the new year.

    Today our chairs will present us with:

    • The first paragraph of the Introduction of the CoC which they have revised in order to include reference to Annex 10 of the CoC.
    • The CCPA – PLA CoC gap resolution document tha has been revised by adding 2 additional tabs – namely:
      • "PLA CCPA (Annex 10)", which includes the controls that CSPs are required to complete should they wish to demonstrate their compliance with the CCPA;
      • "Glossary CCPA", which includes the terms of the Glossary that have been specifically amended / added for the purpose of filling the identified gaps between the GDPR and the CCPA (and that will serve as a guidance for CSPs that wish to fill out the above mentioned tab – "PLA CCPA (Annex 10)
