Meeting minutes from our January 16 call can be found below.
Minutes:
- The working group discussed the action items on '2023_11_03_CPRA - PLA_CoP_Mapping (WiP)' document in tab "CPRA - PLA_CoC Mapping" .
- Completion of the first round. However the WG members, are encouraged to review the chairs' comments and discuss any disagreements or agreements. When in agreement, no further comments are necessary.
- The WG goal now is updating the code of conduct to include additional specific obligations from the CCPA. Second round will focus on identifying gaps in the code of conduct and proposing revisions or additions.
- Next steps: review the comments and proposed revisions made by the co-chair team in the Excel file.
Previous action items:
- Isabella to review Rajat's rows 228 to 234 and 214-215. - DONE
- Louis to work on rows 263, 266, 269 and 291 - 299. - DONE
- Yuvaraj to work on rows 287-290. DONE
- Isabella to review Row 26 and check there is a gap and a new control is needed, or if the Code of Conduct provides any info on remediation for the business or cloud customer, based on the controls Louis provided from the previous action item. Review also row 200 and check why Article 29 was selected as relevant. - DONE
