Meeting minutes from our January 30th call can be found below.

Minutes:

• Call attendance was low so the call ended early.
  
• The working group discussed the action items on '2023_11_03_CPRA - PLA_CoP_Mapping (WiP)' document in tab "CPRA - PLA_CoC Mapping" .

Previous action items:

• In the Excel file: 2023_11_03_CPRA - PLA_CoP_Mapping (WiP)' document in tab "CPRA - PLA_CoC Mapping" ., column L, members will need to identify how the gap can be addressed, for all yellow cells. 
  • Annex 10 can be used for consulting.
• Yuvaraj ( @Yuvaraj Madheswaran) is assigned to rows 23 to 26, row 42 and 147. - PENDING
  
• Louis ( @Louis Pinault) assigned to rows 232, 233. - PENDING
  
• Rows 304 to 309 to be reviewed by the chairs. - DONE
  

New action items:

• In the Excel file: 2023_11_03_CPRA - PLA_CoP_Mapping (WiP)' document in tab "CPRA - PLA_CoC Mapping" : For cells in COLUMN J members need review the co-chairs' comments filled there and to fill in COLUMN L by either addressing the full gap or the partial gap as identified and as commented by the chairs in column J.
