Next steps:
1. Leadership will finalize the draft and then distribute it via Circle and email. Expect to see this new version in the next couple of days.
2. Authors should add references to their sections when they receive the new draft
3. Internal review: Everyone should review the entire document to provide feedback
4. If anyone wants to write the section on logging, it's still available, if not, we'll remove it from the document
