My colleague, Ben Van Vliet produced a thoughtful paper on Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets. Ben and I sat on an industry working group to develop cybersecurity standards and a regulatory framework. While much of what we did not get adopted because of the lack of legislation it did find its way into a variety of efforts globally.
