It's been a while since there's been activity here, and I wanted to reach out to see if there's still interest in bringing the CSA Austin chapter back to life.

Cloud Security is more important than ever, and with Austin being a hub for innovation and tech talent, it feels like a missed opportunity not to have a thriving local CSA community. Whether you're in architecture, engineering, compliance, DevSecOps, or just passionate about cloud security-we all benefit from sharing knowledge, building relationships, and staying ahead of the curve together.

Would others be open to rebooting this chapter and holding informal meetups-either quarterly or even monthly? I'm happy to help organize or coordinate a kickoff session if there's interest.

Someone thankfully brought this to my attention and wanted to fill everyone in that the Austin CSA chapter is very much alive.

We host Quarterly Chapter meetings and separate Quarterly Happy Hours in order to engage with our members. There are no membership fees and we have practitioners present topics of interests at each Chapter meeting.

If anyone would like to join or have interest in sponsoring events, please do not hesitate to reach out
