Blockchain/ Distributed Ledger

I thought we'd start with the users and work our way inwards to the more technical pieces. With this in mind I've added a category "BlockchainAccountSecurityModel" obviously this could also be more generally applied to other account models. I've got a basic set of objects and relationships started, the graph diagram is available at:

I'd like to add some additional attacks/defenses, I've also posted this on circle here as well to capture any discussion longer term.

So with this in mind can we all brainstorm more attacks/defenses and vulnerabilities to add to the glossary here and start plugging them into the glossary/diagram.
