As companies are forced to move to the Cloud more and more, in fact many companies that have not thought of a clear Cloud strategy have been forced to consider this as a matter of survival during this pandemic. Auditors (external and internal) are also called on to stay relevant in our ability to audit Cloud applications. I am excited that CSA is providing this qualification and will ensure that my team leverage the benefits. Given the shared responsibility model in the Cloud (CSP vs Client), auditors have a greater, newer, more exciting duty/role which we need to fully understand and embrace if we are to add value to our companies.
