Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a local non-profit and recognized worldwide leader in the cloud security market, is in search of qualified individuals looking for full-time work to start immediately.

    Summary of Position:

    This full-time position will assist the Training Program Director with creation and integration of design elements for training courseware created by CSA. Work will be based out of CSA's Bellingham office, but there is potential for some work to be handled remotely. Hours may be flexible, but adherence to deadlines is critical. Position also includes additional duties to be assigned as necessary by the Training Program Director. This role reports directly to the Training Program Director, but will also be required to coordinate with CSA's global design team to ensure adherence to CSA's logo and design standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure CSA brand integrity and quality is maintained across all areas of design
    • Create new PowerPoint presentations and manage and enhance existing presentations.
    • Evolve the visual language of the brand and continue to build on the brand system to create a style that becomes easily recognizable.
    • Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex briefs into simple, compelling ideas and highly engaging, world-class design
    • Develop efficient workflow processes of design, execution and delivery of all projects
    • Create designs for educational services.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associates degree in graphic design or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the visual design field preferred.
    • Three years of related experience with graphic design software tools, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite-Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Image Ready, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
    • Knowledge of typography, identity design, package design, information design, online design, and branding.
    • Knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Cloud or IT company design service experience preferred
    • Developing and managing consumer-facing brand systems in an integrated environment
    • Videography and experience working with video content a plus
    • Working in cross-functional teams
    • Working in a research-driven, technical environment
    • Translating ideas, concepts, theories and processes into clear, visual communication
    • Highly skilled in collaboration, problem-solving, time management, quality-control, attention to detail and communication

    Job Duties:

    • Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
    • Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
    • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
    • Other duties as requested
