Hi everyone, I am Chinwe orji a enthusiast of cyber security. I want to divert fully into cyber security but have been thinking of ways that would enable me stand out.

I recently completed the Google professional cyber security certification where I learned a lot but was thing of taking a more certified course.

I feel I will understand better if I get hands-on experience in this field but I am not sure if I stand the chance with the little knowledge I have gotten so far.

Please any advice on how to really navigate and stand a chance?

I would strongly recommend you take the SOC analyst training on TryHackMe. It would give you real hands practical experience on how to use most cybersecurity technologies and in-depth understanding in the industry.

I also can recommend TryHackMe as a good place to get more hands-on / lab type experience. For more guided help that still has a good hands-on component I have loved the courses Antisyphon offers, specifically the SOC Core Skills and Getting Started ones, they are offered on a sliding scale (the link is to the upcoming course calendar).
