    Hello,

    I would like to ask for some professional advice regarding the CCAK exam.

    I have 6+ years of hands-on working experience in IT & Info Sec, and I am currently transitioning into the Cloud Security field.
    I work now as a Cloud Security Assessments (architecture & configurations) Risk Assessments.

    I started to study for the CCSK v4 exam, and then I think to proceed with the (ISC)2  CCSP exam to get a better grasp on Cloud Security concepts.

    My question is, on what knowledge areas would the CSA CCAK exam provide me with ?
    Do I need to have some background experience with IT Auditing for this exam ?
    What are the main topic areas that the CCAK curriculum is focused on ?

    Hi Abraham, 

    Thank you for taking the time and reaching out to us with your questions. 

    The CSA CCAK course/exam will provide training around governance, continuous monitoring, compliance and more. 
    There are no prerequisites to take the CCAK exam. Prior experience in IT audit, security, risk or cloud computing is essential to pass the CCAK exam, though.

    I would recommend checking out the CCAK page on our website, here, as well. Very helpful information on what to expect and how this certificate can empower you in your auditing career. 
    Otherwise, if anyone else has any advice for Abraham, I encourage others to chime in. How has the CCAK training strengthened your knowledge toolbox?
