CCSK

I'm having a terrible time with the CCSK v5 Training module I purchased for $495 from the CSA.

All units in the training are locked and do not unlock after I complete each one.

I need to open up a support ticket and wait for them to resolve the issue.

This is very disruptive to my training since I am to complete the training and take the test by 3/20/25.

Is anyone else having this problem?  The list ticket I opened took 4 days to resolve.

The navigation restrictions on our courses are in place to ensure that students complete the entire course and are eligible for their continuing education credits.
