A Canadian certification body is currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Contract/Freelance Lead Auditor based in Canada. This position requires a deep understanding and hands-on experience of auditing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) within the Canadian context.
The successful candidate will be expected to execute comprehensive audits in line with the ISO 27001 standard, lead audit teams, review and approve audit reports, assist clients in achieving ISMS certification, and maintain exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive audits.
Leading and mentoring audit teams during on-site audits.
Reviewing and approving audit reports.
Assisting Canadian clients on their journey towards certification.
Managing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing ISMS in Canada.
Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Residency in Canada.
