My sincere apology for the long delay.
The delay partly due to I am fully occupied working for a project which left me little room to explore what the requirements.
It is a blessing now that Singapore Cyber Security Agency release the updated Singapore's Operational Technology Operational Masterplan 2024.

The part on the "Improve OT Cybersecurity Professional Competency and Pipeline" is something of interest that I hope to explore.
So far, what I noticed is that there is a lack of Good Cyber Ranges that can help to raise the competency for OT profession in the Asia Region and I am interested to explore if there are any that can be use/deploy as training platform. My thought is that it should be easily customize to cater for the different sectors if possible.
If there isn't any good and customizable platform. As the ICS co-chair, would like to seek feedback from the communities to see if any interested parties to write up concept paper to develop "Cyber Range" for the critical industry. Perhaps, we can start with 1 or 2 critical industries first.
I would love to hear from you your thoughts.
