    Hi All,

    Data use issues and the challenges connected with them are becoming major subjects of concern in the fields of the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital twins as applied to smart cities and the innovation of urban centres. However, in real world practice, numerous diverse understandings exist concerning what precisely constitutes data use. As a result, fragmented, separated and disparate approaches to data use have arisen in the activities of various standards developing organizations (SDO) due to differing terms of reference and scope of the specific standard projects involved.
