Dear members,
Below you can find the meeting minutes from our call on the 28th of March:
- The WG's document that aims to map the Code of Conduct with the CCPA (CCPA - CSA Code of Conduct Gap Resolution), and its accompanying report, Annex 10 to the CSA Code of Conduct for GDPR Compliance, are still online for peer review, until the 10th of April.
- Isabella presented the 'CPRA-PLA_CoC Mapping and Gap Analysis' document.
- In the document, the green cells are the ones that need no changing, the yellow ones are in need of revision and the controls need to be reviewed if have changed or not, while the red cells mark the new provisions added and are in the need of a mapping exercise to the GDPR.
- On the next working group call, volunteers will be requested to revise or review the new provisions.
Regarding the collaboration with the Privacy by Design working group, the PLA leadership believes there is ground for common initiatives.
