• Discussion:
  • Comments made to the paragraph of the Introduction of the CoC were discussed and will addressed.
    
  • We went through the comments made to the 'Introduction_CSA_Code of Conduct for GDPR_V4.1 + CCPA' file, during the internal review and earlier ones that remained unaddressed.
    
  • Discussed the possibility to update the document with the newer version of CCPA or CPRA. (That is The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)).
  • Mentioned the possibility of starting the CCPA provisions that the CPRA brings.
• Action items:
  • Martim to check if the CCPA references made to the document are from the older version or the new one.
  • Address all pending comments and have document ready for peer review.
