Below you can find the meting minutes from the PLA working group call of September 10th.
Minutes:
Action Item Completion and Work Status Update
The group discussed the completion of their action item and the status of their work. They agreed that the open comments can be considered closed and deleted.
Working Group Dissolution and Future Tasks
The group discussed the dissolution of the PLA working group. Marina updated that the group's next steps would be determined after the completion of the current task, (mapping between the old and new code of conduct).
Marina proposed that the group could continue as a resource for other working groups with privacy-related questions. The group agreed to wait for the peer review process before deciding on the next steps.
Gratitude, Collaboration, and Future Meetings
The group expressed their gratitude to Marina and the team for their collaboration.
Previous Action Items:
- Louis to complete rows 22 and 25 that previously belonged to Kathy, - DONE
- Jacopo and Isabella to verify the validity of rows 57-67 so that they can be marked as completed. - DONE
- Jacopo to check the ISO cells (77-79, 82-87 and 89) and row 7 in yellow. - DONE
- Marina to complete rows: 63, 80, 81 - DONE
Next Action Items:
- Finalise rows 69 and 70 of the mapping between CSA CoC to EU Cloud CoC. In column K of the respective rows, there is a comment by the chairs that has not been addressed and discussed yet, regarding the partial of full gap of these rows. ( @Louis Pinault)
- Additionally column L with 'Remediations', is empty and needs filling before public peer review.
