    This is a reminder that we are hosting the second meeting for the CAR Regulatory Analysis and Compliance Engineering working group. Proposed agenda:
    - Welcome
    - Consolidation of Working Groups
    - Approve Charter - ON HOLD
    - Nominate/Elect Co-Chairs
    - Deliverables
    - Any Other Business
    While you might not be interested in becoming a regular attendee and collaborator for this working group, we urge everyone interested in the CAR initiative to attend the initial meeting of all of the working groups so that you understand the direction the program is taking.
