Hello folks - a reminder that our next workstream meeting - for Zero Trust Architecture, Implementation and Maturity Model - is Thursday December 1 at 8.00 pm ET.

We hope to see you there - we will be covering the following topics: 

1. Welcome and introductions by new members
2. Status update:
   
   • Workstream mini-charter - Complete and submitted to ZT WG leadership / steering committee for approval 
   • Proposal for "Communicating the Business Value of Zero Trust" - Complete, and submitted to ZT WG leadership / steering committee for approval 
3. Main focus : Review and discuss the draft Personas
   • Term: "Personas" versus "Business Role" or "Functional Area" (or other terms)

Workstream Work plan:

• Personas - plan for next few working sessions to publish first version, for use across workstreams. Ongoing
• Communicating the Business Value of Zero Trust Whitepaper -- we will begin work on this in earnest within the next 2 sessions
