Friends, colleagues, mentors, classmates, business associates, and security practitioners, I need your help! Many of you know that I'm rounding the home stretch of my Cybersecurity PhD program. I am conducting an opinion research survey questionnaire to supplement my research.
After last week's email, several respondents sent feedback. The constructive feedback was basically that "the survey took too long to complete" and the survey URL address appeared suspicious.
I'm writing to share some exciting news about the revised survey. The previous version included 60 questions, and this understandably led to resistance and disinterest from potential respondents.
However, I'm pleased to report that I've reduced the survey length by a full 50%. The new survey now consists of only 30 questions, making it much more user-friendly and convenient for participants. Based on current respondents, the average time of completion is now under 15 minutes.
If you haven't taken the survey yet, please do! I'd ask that you cascade this invitation to your teams, interested customers, students, members, and associates. Based on today's number of responses, I still need about 125 more. Please help!
The current survey is securely and anonymously hosted by Qualtrics. This streamlined survey will provide me with higher-quality and more focused data to drive meaningful insights.
