Gili Lev is an influential cyber security executive and technology subject matter expert with 20 years of leadership success in Information Security. Gili is a Managing Director at Ernst & Young (EY) and an innovative leader with demonstrated success guiding organizational transformation and thought leadership across Fortune 100 companies worldwide. Her focus is driving change through cloud adoption strategies and digital transformation, modernizing businesses to boost productivity and profitability. 

Gili pioneered the Executive Security Simulation at AWS which received immense global recognition. She serves as global AWS security, risk and compliance subject matter expert and influencer, successfully educating and guiding large executive audiences to drive organizational change, by leveraging strategic C-level and board planning with bold approach to ensuring successful completion of secure cloud adoption.
Gili is passionate about initiating industry change and public speaking, with keen affinity towards promoting women in cybersecurity. She is the chairman & president of CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) Board of Directors NY Metro, and the founder & president of WiCyS (Women in CyberSecurity) Board of Directors Cloud Security Affiliate.
 Gili holds her B.Sc. degree in Physics, Astrophysics and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.

Vice President

Jim Rutt is the Chief Information Officer/CISO at the Dana Foundation. His responsibilities include providing strategic planning for information security and technology management and overseeing all back office technology operations necessary to support the Foundation. Jim is an early adopter of cutting edge cloud security solutions, having led Dana through a complete cloud transformation ten years ago. Jim has frequently spoken to peer organizations on corporate cybersecurity strategy and risk management, and also advises early stage technology companies on their business strategy to the financial and healthcare sector.

Jim is a graduate of Stetson University, where he received a B.B.A. degree. He has 27 years of technology experience (spanning financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors) and has been at Dana for twelve years. Jim has presented at multiple CIO, CISO and leadership conferences and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal (among other publications) for his view on security and governance. Jim is the former President and Chairman of the Board of Technology Affinity Group (TAG) and is Vice President and Board Director for the New York Metro Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance, as well as a founding advisory board member of BWG Strategy LLC, a Work-Bench Venture Capital Mentor/Advisor, a venture partner at 645 Ventures, advisor to Lightspeed Ventures, a Silicon Venture capital company, advisor to Vation Ventures, Glilot Partners, and board advisor and investor in multiple startups including ShieldX (acquired by Fortinet), Appsulate (acquired by ZScaler), Minerva Labs (acquired by Rapid7), Lightspin (acquired by Cisco), Armorblox, Baffle, Axonius, and Pixm, amongst others

Dan Higham brings 21 years of leadership experience in the areas of Cloud and Cloud Infrastructure Security, Security Architecture, Operational Risk Management, Information Security Regulatory Compliance, Identity management, IT effectiveness, and Business Risk Services. With a focus on enterprise cloud security in regulated industries, Dan has helped Fortune 10 companies', in highly regulated industries, to architect, engineer, and deploy secure IT infrastructures. Prior to founding Hybrid Pathways he developed and delivered Security services at OpenSky, Ernst & Young, CitiGroup, and Lucent Technologies.

Steven Laino has over 30 years of experience in information security and is currently Sr. Director of Global Information Security & Privacy at DISQO, a consumer insights company. Before joining DISQO, Steven was a Sr. Security Consultant with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Global Security leader, Steven helped AWS's most significant customers build the confidence and security capabilities they needed to move their most sensitive workloads to AWS. Steven also created and led the AWS Innovation Amplifier program to help accelerate the innovation of new security services, features, and patents. While at AWS, Steven developed and shared best practices for cloud security and has presented at major public events such as re:invent, global security summits, and the Council of Scientific Society Presidents.

Alexandra Tarabour is a multi-faceted Director of Revenue Operations for a Cyber Security consulting company where she currently focuses on business and operations development, establishment of internal processes, management of sales pipelines and client relations, as well as BP&F for sales and marketing. Her background in Marketing, Account Management, Operations, and Business Development has earned her multiple organizational awards and recognitions for her passion for sales, and dedication to company growth and process improvement.

Alexandra has a proven track record throughout her career in a variety of industries of going above and beyond to ensure the success of not just the companies she works for, but the clients and individuals that they cater to. Her work in Finance at a Private Money Manager showcased her proclivity for complex problem solving, strategy, and analysis – ultimately leading her down an exciting path of fraud and digital forensic investigations. This path would serve as the catalyst for her future success in Cyber Security where she continues to thrive.

In addition to her rigorous professional dedication, Alexandra has given her minimal spare time to multiple industry and community service initiatives including: serving on Domestic Violence Response and Sexual Assault Response teams, acting as a Student Mentor for her alma mater Alumni Association, serving as a volunteer Board Advisor for InfraGard, and is the Membership and Outreach Chair for CSA. She values continual education and personal improvement, and can often be found attending webinars or taking supplement courses to stay up-to-date on industry standards, protocols, and workforce culture trends.

Alexandra holds her Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
