approach. The event, "Shared Responsibility in the Cloud: Cost Management and Multi-
Cloud Adoption," convenes industry leaders, experts, and practitioners to delve into the

adoption.
Through insightful keynote speeches and panel discussions, participants will explore

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Troy Leach, Chief Strategy Officer at Cloud Security Alliance
Mr. Leach supports Cloud Security Alliance's corporate strategy and ongoing
mission to provide new and relevant security awareness, education, research,
programs and membership participation.  He currently leads the Financial
Services Leadership Committee and supports the ongoing cloud, AI and other
initiatives of CSA.

Additionally, he sits on advisory boards as an expert in information security and
financial payments and also advises universities on future cybersecurity
curriculum. Mr. Leach speaks with regulators all over the world looking to address
emerging risks and has testified in various United States Congressional Hearings
as a subject matter expert in security of payment and financial services. He also
is recognized within the World Economic Forum as an expert in blockchain and
cybersecurity.
Previously, Mr. Leach helped establish and lead the PCI Security Standards
Council, that creates global standards and certification programs for the
protection of payment data as their CTO and Chief Standards Architect. He also
served on the Board of Directors for the standards body, ANSI X9.
Mr. Leach holds a Masters of Science from Syracuse University in
Telecommunication & Network Management as well as Information Security
Management.

James Tan Shijie VP Solution Sales, Huawei Cloud APAC
James is in charge of Huawei Cloud APAC solution sales dept., before join Huawei
Cloud APAC team, James took charge of the head of Huawei Cloud Global solution
sales business.
James has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise application system development
&operation & maintenance, enterprise IT strategy & architecture design, enterprise
business process consulting and enterprise application cloudification.
James has been engaged in and contributed to several enterprise IT digital
transformation projects in China and global market for strategic accounts in many
industries (government, finance, enterprises, and new economy companies).
Jon Lau, Director, Cybersecurity Strategy, Policy & Governance, CISO Office at
A*STAR
Jon started his career focusing on Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence at the
applied R&D arm of the National Computer Board. He then went on to help
spearhead Grid Computing in Singapore from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, Jon moved
from A*STAR to IDA (now known as IMDA) where he worked with the industry to
leverage on grid services. He then helped strategize and establish the first
Government Cloud (G-Cloud) in the region in 2012. In 2015, he joined the National
Supercomputing Centre and took on both the Business Development and Strategic
Planning and Policy roles and currently Director in A*STAR. Jon obtained his
Bachelors of Science (Computer Science) and Masters of Technology (Knowledge
Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.
Jim Lim, Vice President, Cloud Security Alliance Singapore Chapter
Jim is the Head Health Ecosystem with Zühlke Asia, poised to lead the organisation’s regional efforts to serve the healthcare industry and continue to  expand Zühlke’s healthcare expertise and offerings to the ecosystems of public health, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical and medtech companies in Asia.

With over 24 years of information and communication technologies industry
experience, Jim brings his wealth of experience providing strategic, business and
technological advice to global clients. Having held various senior leadership
positions across MNCs such as NCS, Huawei, Amdocs, Tech Mahindra and
Accenture, Jim has served clients across multiple industry verticals such as
healthcare, pharmaceutical, medtech, telecommunications, financial services,
education and manufacturing. Jim was also the founding CEO of Good Doctor
Technology, a joint venture between Ping An Good Doctor, Grab and Softbank. Prior
to that, Jim was Regional CTO for Digital Transformation with Huawei Technologies

Outside his corporate career, Jim is appointed Senior Fellow by the Singapore
University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Executive Education Fellow by the
National University of Singapore (NUS). Jim lectures for NUS, SUSS and FinTech
Academy on Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Application of 5G across
industries, IoT, Health informatics, AI and Robotics.
Chen Bin, Security and Compliance Officer at Sparkoo Technologies Singapore
Chen Bin joined Huawei as a senior global consultant in 2016, and now in charge of
cybersecurity, privacy protection and compliance function for Huawei Cloud business
in Singapore. Before working with Huawei, Chen Bin has had professional
experience of working with the MNCs including HP, Citibank, AT&T, NTT Data and
Deutsche Bank since 1995, based in Singapore. Chen Bin started his career as a
lecturer and research on AI in Nanjing University China from 1990 to 1995. Chen Bin
obtained his Bachelors of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science and
Technology from Nanjing University China, MBA from Western Michigan University
USA and Project Management’s Master Certificate from George Washington
University USA. He holds the professional certifications of PMP, ITIL V3 Expert,
ITIL4 MP, AWS/Huawei Cloud Solution Architect, Blockchain Solution Architect and
DevOps, etc.
