Genel Bakış
Cloud Security Alliance Türkiye Şubesi, şube yönetmeliklerimize göre Yönetim Kurulumuz tarafından yönetilen üye merkezli profesyonel bir kuruluştur. Cloud Security Alliance Türkiye Şubesi, hiçbir derneğe, girişime veya kuruluşa bağlı değildir. Tamamen bağımsız bir kuruluştur. CSA Türkiye Şubesi'ne ait olan bu gizlilik beyannamesi, kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgilerinizin ve diğer kişisel verilerinizin nasıl CSA Türkiye Şubesi tarafından nasıl toplanacağını, kullanılacağını ve korunacağını anlatmaktadır. Bu politika aynı zamanda kişisel verilerinizle ilgili seçimlerinizi ve haklarınızı da açıklar.
CSA Türkiye Şubesi, gizliliğinizi ve bize sağladığınız her türlü kişisel bilgiyi korumayı üstlenir. Bu nedenle aşağıdaki gizlilik politikasını sürdürmekteyiz. Bu politika yıllık olarak gözden geçirilmektedir. Veri gizliliği, güvenliği yasası ve yönetmeliklerine uyum sağlamak için gerektiğinde daha sık değiştirilmektedir veya güncellenmektedir.

Hangi verileri topluyoruz?
CSA Türkiye Şubesi sizden topladığı bilgileri yalnızca bölümün iş amaçları için gerekli olan bilgilerle sınırlandırır ve sizin tarafınızdan gönüllü olarak sağlar. Topladığımız veriler aşağıda belirtilen amaçlar dahilinde kullanılmaktadır:
- Etkinliklerle ve şubeyle ilgili olarak sizinle e-posta yoluyla bağlantı ve iletişim kurmak,
- Bize telefon, e-posta veya CSA Türkiye Şubesi web sitesi yoluyla yönlendirdiğiniz sorularu yanıtlamak,
- Kazanılan CPE için toplantılara ve etkinliklere katılımınızı doğrulamanızı istemek,
- Satın almalar için yasal ve finansal bürokratik gereksinimleri karşılamak,
Ek olarak, anonimleştirilmiş veriler; hizmet verilen topluluklar, üye endüstri kademeleri, catering için toplantı kayıt numaraları ve konuşmacı sunum konuları için üye ilgi alanları gibi bölüm istatistiklerini derlemek için kullanılır.
Information Sharing
As a matter of principle, your data are not forwarded to third parties including the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA Global) or CSA Turkey Chapter Corporate Sponsors unless you explicitly provide your permission (e.g.: “opt-in” in an event registration form or written request from you via email). However, CSA Turkey Chapter depends on third party sources, “Processors”, for specific business services such as financial, and data backup and storage. We use only Processors that provide sufficient guarantees that meet current privacy and security regulatory requirements including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Occasionally these Processors may receive your data where it is necessary solely for their intended business purpose as it pertains to providing services to the CSA Turkey Chapter. Our current processors are:
- Constant Contact used to maintain membership information, send emails to members regarding events and meetings and manage event and meeting registrations.
- PayPal used to collect and process payment information for paid
The CSA Turkey Chapter will not sell your personal data to anyone or entity at any time.
Your rights - data retention and accuracy
You have the right at any time to inspect your data, request changes / update information, or opt out of any future communications from the CSA Turkey Chapter by choosing the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email sent via Constant Contact. You can also request personal data be deleted from our systems. All requests must be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer by email. As part of our commitment to industry best practice, the CSA Turkey Chapter routinely deletes information/data from our systems after it has met the business purpose for which it was provided to us and all regulatory reporting and retention requirements
Website usage
The CSA Turkey Chapter website is a subsite to the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA Global) website. As a subsite the CSA Wisconsin Chapter creates and manages page content but is not the data controller for session and cookie information every time you access the chapter website. CSA Global is the controller for website statics, tracking and cookies.
