I made some edits to the draft charter - some just for style and some for clarity. Also added comments where I had questions and where I had some suggestions but thought other folks might want to push back.

I made some changes to the Charter in preparation for the next meeting.  I also read the added docs posted last week on "Pragmatic Digital Security" and Security Risks and Controls Lifecycle".  I feel that we are so closely tide to the second WG that we have to be 100% in sync in what they do and visa versa.  Security is all about controls and risk management.  How do I join this group?
For those interested, there is a great course on the ISC2.org website covering DevSecOps and even has a certificate and CPE points if you complete it.  Good luck.
